This might be a company for someone who has done graduation and wants to earn money with no use of head or knowledge.
For IT guys this company is hell. The processes in EXL are absolutely unacceptable. The senior leadership(above VP2) lacks vision and progression of the company. The staff till AVP level is pretty good and helping but absolute disappointment with leadership. Probably they are not able to gauge what they want to do.
Problem is with decision making & adoption of technology processes on the floor. The end user though literally way underqualified(even VPs) assume that they run the company and process can be what they want it to be.
Pay is good just because leaders know that they have created a mess and they need people who can clean it up.Wouldnt recommend this company to any IT professional. May be good for end user(BPO users).
